I just really can’t afford a court case tied to my name RIGHT during my college application time.
It sucks, but a court case like this would completely destroy my chances of getting into a good college. (Even if I do end up cleared of all charges.)
While it’s little consolation, I do know some of my stuff has been uploaded to r34, so if you want, you might be able to still see some of it there.

Yeah… the situation’s kind of a shitty one. I’ve no doubt some sensitive 12 year old (rough estimate) saw my drawings, blabbed about it to his even more sensitive parents, who in turned flipped out on BBB, demanding they do something about it, ‘less they sue the company for merely allowing sexual content to be shown to minors or something.
Honestly, while I am peeved at BBB for effectively stifling my website’s content, I can’t exactly say I blame them either. As a company, they have a lot to lose. They were probably very afraid of the potential (and theoretical) lawsuit, just like I was at theirs.
I’m sure this was just a few company members’ cursory conclusion that the easiest way to defuse the situation was to impose their power over me to quickly be done with the problem.
If I had less to lose (and a lawyer friend), then maybe I’d be willing to stand my ground on this, but now, it’s not something I want to chance.
